DV Community Investment is proud to have been awarded $300,000,000 in NMTC allocation from the CDFI Fund in Rounds 8 through 13.
DVCI will direct its activities to create quality jobs in areas of concentrated unemployment, targeted to low-income persons. Projects include: businesses such as manufacturing and distribution facilities which are strong economic engines for high quality job creation, projects which deliver quality health care, education, social services, retail and housing, and emerging industry sectors, such as alternative energy, with strong growth potential.
In total, 6,249 quality permanent jobs and 5,469 construction jobs have been created
with DVCI’s NMTC allocation to date.

DV Community Investment’s national Advisory Board is comprised of dedicated individuals highly involved in their local communities from a multitude of organizations which serve Low-Income Persons and Communities throughout the United States. Our board members are active participants in DVCI’s investing activities through the evaluation and approval process of potential investments, participating in site visits, and receiving updates on the outcomes of current investments in order to fashion best practices for future investments.
