DV provides personalized services to its investors and all other parties with expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, tax and audit requirements. Our Financial Reporting and Accounting Department’s activities cover the entire breadth of reviewing, monitoring, managing and reporting of transactions across a multitude of asset classes, with a specialized expertise in real estate, particularly multi-family, hospitality, office, and industrial facilities, including specialized lending to anaerobic digestion facilities, and other energy projects.

The Advisory Services Department is managed by D’Anna Elsey, Chief Operating Officer & Director of Investments. Dudley Ventures is frequently engaged by developers, non-profits, and institutions to bring tax credit equity and debt financing to complex transactions. Often, these transactions involve multiple financing layers and require the monetization of public subsidies, such as tax increment financing.
